      How to initiate a full PSA Sync

      You can force a full sync from within your account settings at any time.

      Note: By default, your data syncs automatically.  Your data is synced when you first connect and each week after.  You can also push syncs from within the tool at anytime. 

      To manually force a comprehensive PSA sync, follow these few steps:

      1. Click Settings > Data Settings on the left hand menu panel.
      2. Select PSA Configuration from the tabs near the top of the screen.
      3. Click Start Full Sync

      Note:  Depending on the volume of data to sync, this can take from a few seconds to several minutes.  When the sync completes, the refresh button will light up.
