Multi-User Troubleshooting

An issue with your multi-user invite? Check out these tips and tricks.

Issue: 
You sent an invite, but the recipient never received it.

  • Have the recipient check their email and junk mail for the invite 
  • Confirm the email address is entered correctly
  • Ensure they are using the correct access and not a different domain. 
  • Check the end user's junk mail folder
  • Resend the invite. 

    If the issues persist, please reach out to support to ensure the email has not been bounced.
