      How to initiate a full PSA Sync

      You can force a full sync from within your account settings at any time.

       

      Note: By default, your data syncs automatically.  Your data is synced when you first connect and each week after unless you change these settings.  You can also push syncs from within the tool at any time. 

      To manually force a comprehensive PSA sync, follow these few steps:

      1. Click Settings > Data Settings on the left-hand menu panel.
      2. Select PSA Configuration from the tabs near the top of the screen.
      3. Click Start Full Sync

      Note:  Depending on the volume of data to sync, this can take from a few seconds to several minutes.  When the sync completes, the refresh button will light up.
