Not Ready - No Services Detected

When connecting the integration, if you get a not ready, no services detected message, take the steps below to resolve it.

When connecting the integration, and you have put in all your details, sometimes it will show an error 'not ready'. 

This error appears when we do not receive any services when attempting the connection.  


In order to connect, we require that you have at least one active service in your account.  To resolve this, attempt again once you have an active service.

This typically happens when a new account has been set up, but the services haven’t been activated just yet.
