Syncro PSA Alerts Permission Setup

Follow our guide below to setup the necessary permissions to use the Alerts module with the SonicWall app

 

Setup

Login to Syncro.

 

Create Token

Navigate to More > Admin > Scroll all the way down and select API Tokens on the left and select New Token

Create a New Token

Set Permissions

Under Custom Permissions, give the App Integration a Name and leave Expiration blank.

Edit API Permissions and select the following permissions.

  1. Customers - List/Search 

  2. Customers - View Detail

  3. Products - List/Search 

  4. Products - Edit

  5. Invoices - List/Search 

  6. Invoices - View Details

  7. Invoices - Create

  8. Invoices - Edit

  9. Recurring Invoices - List

  10. Recurring Invoices - New

  11. Recurring Invoices - Edit

  12. Tickets - List/Search

  13. Tickets - View Details

  14. Tickets - Create

  15. Tickets - Edit

  16. Ticket Comments - New

 

Then select the Create API Token button at the bottom.

Ensure you save this token as it is your API token.

This is all you require to set up Syncro MSP for tickets and billing.
