Some simple troubleshooting steps you can take when syncs don't go as planned
Sometimes, a sync may seem to get stuck, or show a failure. Whilst it's always good to notify support if you run into this issue, there are also some quick steps you can take that may get you back on your feet right away.
Refresh your page
If a sync seems to be taking a very long time(more than 10 minutes for a large PSA sync) then simply refreshing your page can often solve the issue. Likewise, if you spot an inconsistency on your dashboard or on the mapping screen, a simple page refresh can sometimes bring fresh data forward that clears things up.
Try a different browser
Some applications have different results when used on different browsers, and occasionally switching to a different browser can correct sync or display issues that you might encounter. Switching your browser also naturally will mean switching to a different or cleared cache, which can also assist with sync or display hang-ups.
Check your Activity Log
The Activity Log will show a record of all actions and syncs taken on your account, and if there are failures it will often include additional information on the right hand side of the screen as to what caused the failure. This can be helpful in providing a quick resolution to the issue, and is also good information to forward to support when you contact them.
